Lets Create Habits to set us up for the year

I love this time of the year, it’s a great way to set a theme for the year and create some habits to carry us through a fun, healthy and successful year.

We will be hosting a 30 Day Pilates Challenge at our Trinity Beach Studio, this Challenge is $20 for members. For Non-members it will $20 plus the cost of a 1 month membership.

Challenge Outline

  • Strive to come to as many classes as possible at the Trinity Beach Studio Plus do workouts at home when you can’t get to the studio. Move your body as much as possible throughout the day.

  • As well as the 30 Day Pilates Challenge we also Challenge you to eat a plant based, whole foods diet for the full 30 days. You will receive guidelines to follow, resources and Recipes to inspire and teach you to incorporate more raw foods and vegetable into your lifestyle. (Please note: This is not a requirement of the challenge, however we encourage you to take advantage of the February to help set up the healthiest year you can have.)

  • Drink at least 3 litres of Water per day

  • Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night

  • Be part of the Facebook Group invite to the 30 Challenge Facebook Group so you can support each other and get advice and tips through out the challenge.

  • Receive 2 Pilate workouts that you can do at home.

  • Receive a Daily Habit Tracker, to track your progress through out the 30 day challenge.

  • Receive before and after photos (not a requirement)

The Challenge will run from the 1st of February and finish on the 2nd of March.

Once you have registered for the Challenge we will start sending you emails with more information on eating plant based including recipes and also what you need to do to set yourself up for the next 30 days of Pilates!

On the 2nd of March, I will be hosting a pot luck, so we can come together and celebrate our new developed habits and showcase our new plant based whole food cooking skills. We can also take the after photos at this event.
