Sarah Jane Pilates Studio presents their very first Open Week. It is a week of fun, finishing with an event that is a first of its kind to Cairns. SUP Pilates (Stand Up Paddle Board Pilates) there are 2 sessions being held on Sunday the 1st of June as the grand finale to the fun filled week.

We invite you to COME AND BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE!!! Everyone who brings a friend will go in the draw to Win 1 month of free Pilate classes. And everyone who comes during the open week will receive a free postural analysis, plus there will be a lucky doors prize drawn after each class. After each class everyone will also receive a fresh and delicious smoothie. Come to as many classes as you like during this week.

Here is what we have planned for you:

Monday 26 May: 6:00AM, 9:00AM and 6:15PM Manic Monday! We will be working those Posture and Core muscle to make you feel more aligned and more alive to prepare you for the big week ahead.

Tuesday 27 May: 6:15PM – Tone and Burn Tuesday. We will be focusing on butt, thighs and hamstrings, to tone and strengthen those problem areas and to get you pumped up for the week.

Wednesday 28 May: 5:00PM and 6:15PM classes Wind It Up Wednesday. Pilate full body exercises to lift the heart rate and wind you back up to endure the rest of the hard working week.

Thursday 29 May: 9:00AM Mums, Dads and Bubs Pilates class. For those of you who want to strengthen and tone your body, but you don’t have a babysitter or you would like to partake in something healthy and active where you can include your baby. (Please make an appointment for this class as numbers are limited.)

Friday 30 May: Fun Friday. Wear something Blindingly bright to this class make yourself standout and motivate each other to work hard for stronger healthier bodies. We will be working our arms and Core saving the legs to prepare for Sundays SUP PIlates Event.

Saturday 31 May: 7:00 AM STRETCH IT OUT – A full class of stretching the entire body leaving you feel relaxed and supple for the rest of the weekend.

Sunday 1 June: 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Location: Palm Cove on the south end of Williams Esplanade, right on the beach opposite Chill Cafe

Price: If you wish to participate the this awesome SUP Pilates event the investment is only $60 per person.

Breakfast and drinks are included for the participants. (Tickets are purchased at the studio through Sarah Anderson)

Sarah Jane Pilates Studio and Paddle Boarding Cairns are teaming up for this great event to end our amazing open week. We will be bringing you a unique SUP Pilates event fit for anyone and also for the whole family. Arrive at Palm Cove and receive a short lesson on how to use the paddle board, then we will paddle out and begin a 45 min Pilates lesson on the board. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join in, the exercise that will be performed are safe for any level and delivered to you by a qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor.
