What we are challenging you to do:

  • Do Pilates for 30 days straight (at home or at Sarah Jane Pilates Studio in your classes)
  • Complete a before and after postural analysis
  • Set a goal and stick to it!

If you join the 30 day Pilates challenge you go into the draw to WIN an amazing prize.  The winner will be the person who gets the most out of the challenge, try’s their hardest and gets the best results… oh and don’t forget you actually have to have done it for the whole 30 days straight!!

The challenge starts on the 7th November (finishing 6th December) so now is the time to start preparing, set your goal and book in your postural analysis.  You will need to have your postural analysis done on or before the start date, so make sure you call or email today to get your analysis booked in!

You have to be a Sarah Jane Pilates member to join the challenge, however we are offering 1 month memberships for the challenge.

    Hi Sara,
    The 30 day challenge was by far the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. I committed myself and followed through with it, even though Sunday class was a struggle to get out of bed for. My body shape has changed and I am so much stronger in myself and mind as well. Thank you, to you and Jane for pushing and congratulating me every step of the way
