Sarah Jane Pilates is offering a New Pilates Class!
Great for those people who want a little extra attention in a Pilates class without having to pay for a one on one, also anyone that need rehabilitation for a particular problem area such as lower back or shoulders.
This class is separate from the Pilates classes on the timetable and you will need to book them in with Sarah by emailing her on firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are a maximum of 3 people and a minimum of 2 people per class.

11am Thursday with JANE,
7am Friday with AMY or
11am Friday with Michelle.
10am Wednesday with AMY or
10am Friday with JANE
These classes are $30 per person and you will receive a 45min small group session designed specifically for you by a highly trained and experienced Pilates Teacher.
