Cairns pilates consultationMatwork Pilates:  Work on the foundational moves of Pilates with our beginner and intermediate Pilates Matwork Classes.  Refine your technique and build strength plus core stability.

Pilates Reformer Classes: These are semi private classes with class sizes kept to a maximum of 5 people. The reformer is suitable for any level of fitness. Thanks to small class numbers the workout will be tailored to help you out personally with your personal postural and fitness goals.

Other Pilates Classes:

  • Barre Pilates – a fusion of ballet moves, Pilates and fitness exercises
